​Mass Times for All Souls Day at St Patrick’s Church. Mass will be celebrated at 9.30am, 11.20am & 6.30pm.
All Souls Day Mass St Anthony’s will be celebrated at 9am in the Church with the School Community.
NOVEMBER PRAYERS FOR THE DEAD: As November is the traditional month for special prayers for our loved ones, parishioners are asked to write the names and place them in the box on the Altar steps, or give them to the priest. At St Patrick’s Church Lists are available in the foyer. (Envelopes are available in the foyer) Because of the large number of names, we will only print anniversaries or recent. All names will be remembered in Masses offered during November.
St Patrick’s Church - Anointing of the sick will be during 9.30am Mass on Wednesday 4th November.
St Anthony’s Church There will be the Sacrament of anointing for anyone who wishes to receive it at the Thursday Seniors' Mass on 5th November.
Holy Cross Miramar – seniors are reminded of our next meeting to be held in the Parish Centre on Wednesday 4th November at 11am.
BRINGING PARISH AND SCHOOL COMMUNITIES CLOSER A Positive Change Initiative for the Holy Cross Church Family Mass The next Parish Mass to be held at Holy Cross School will be on the 15th November at 10am followed by a cup of tea.

Parents attending Mass at St Patrick’s Church, please note the glass from the crying room is not safety glass, so please could your children refrain from banging or playing against the glass.
St. Anthony’s Preschool Playgroup: Come and join us…we meet every Wednesday during term time from 1pm until 2.55pm in the Gascoigne Room, St Anthony’s Church. Bring your preschooler/s along for a play! We often enjoy art & craft activities plus trips to the school library and class visits to St Anthony’s Kiwi class for our four year olds. We would love to meet you!

St Catherine's College is looking for Homestay families for 2016. We have two girls who will stay with us for the whole year through out until mid Nov and early Dec from late Jan in 2016. The Sisters of Compassion are offering Taize Prayer at the Island Bay Home of Compassion Chapel on Friday 6th November. The evening prayer is from 7.00 - 8.00 p.m. There is plenty of parking and it is the No. 1 bus route.
Euthanasia & Assisted Suicide – Information Session The Wellington South Pastoral Area is hosting an interactive session on euthanasia & assisted suicide and how to make a submission to the Health Select Committee, on Sunday 8th November at 12:00pm at St Joseph’s Church, Ellice Street, Mt Victoria. Holy Hour You are invited to a Holy Hour on Tuesday 18 November beginning at 7.30 pm in the Cathedral chapel to pray for vocations to priesthood and religious life. This Holy Hour will include prayers, Scripture, times of silence and concluding with Benediction followed by supper.

Young Angel Voices is open to all children, boys and girls, between the ages of 8 and 12. The children learn to read music and to sing in parts, as well as the basics of voice production. We will be preparing for several performances this term, including our annual Carol Festival - Carols with the Angels, in December.
